Baby suit

This looks so easy I'm sure I could make it - baby girl suits. Whose bright idea was it to take TD instead of home evonomics in high school. New beginnings. Learning from scratch - new project.

16 Months later

Was reading a blog today that made me realise that I had not blogged in ages. Its no wonder that I have been so wound up. 16 months later, here is where we are now.
I got promoted to Acting project manager and began working mornings in the office and evening actually 10pm and 2am with external developers in India

Lautoka has a Mcdonalds - yay and finally!

Cyclone Winston came and terrorised the nation. I was 7 months pregnant. Priya came home to visit and spent the whole night helping Jitoko wipe down the floors from raining coming in through the windows. The roof almost blew away but I stood on Psalms 91 all night long - no harm shall come near my dwelling.

And sure enough the neighbours Tarawau tree uprooted pulling out our electricity line and mandarin tree in its way missing the car. The roofs for the people at the top of the street and the bottom of the street were blown away - we are in the middle of the street so you know that was a God thing.
The Waqanivalus had a family reunion in Hawaii, there final time together with aunty Mela - anohter God thing that is too emotional for me to write about in this update.

I gave birth to a healthy baby boy - Aiden Daniel Lagakali on 11/4/2016 at 8:26 am another miracle and God thing seeing as I gave birth a whole month early after my water breaking 24 hours earlier and contraction from midnight but everything was normal, no infections no anamolies nothing. Except that Aiden would wake up and scream his lungs out from 10pm -2am, note the times?
Jaydon is a proud big brother, the best big brother in the world and Aiden just wants to be just like his big brother, they adore each other - "Let brotherly love abound"

The not so little sister married the one whom her soul loves.

There was a big family reunion, the little brother pulled a surprise on everyone. Did I mention that I fell in front of the bridal party? yup but mum was the happiest and that's all that matters.

We lost aunty Mela to cancer 21/10/2016

Jitoko and I were ordained the week after. The Momi project is finally over and after 2whole years my husband has now gone back to working 8am -5pm.

He still has to report to Momi but is back in Nadi by 5:30pm - that is a testimony for another day.

This place has taken up a lot of our sweat and blood, we're not yet ready to fully walk away from it. In fact I'm researching how to buy land nearby for once this place gets booming.
More later...
