Do my Words agree with God or Not
Lesson I am learning today!
Agreeing With God's Word
When the twelve spies returned from searching the promised land, they said, "We are not able to go up against the people, for they are stronger than we" (Numbers 13:31).
That was the report they brought back—at least ten of them that is. The other two, Joshua and Caleb, had this to say,
"Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them" (Numbers 14:9).
They all saw the same things in the land of Canaan, but only Joshua and Caleb chose to agree with God. The Lord had previously told them that He would give them victory and that they would be able to drive out the inhabitants of the land.
The ten spies (along with all Israel) died without ever possessing what God had promised. Only two men from that generation entered into Canaan and possessed the land. I think you can guess who they were--Joshua and Caleb. The only two who agreed with the declarations of God.
Check out what you have been saying. Do your words agree with God or not?

MYOB
Learnt alittle something something about minding my own business the hard way last week. Jitoko's always telling me about it but I never so it as being a busy body until well drama mania. So yeah. Here's to minding my own business and just doing my work and just keeping my mouth shut and just doing what I have to do without saying anything back to anyone for that matter and thinking first before I say anything.
Pretty much everything my husband has been telling me and I don't belief him about. Well here to my husband the man I love, my world, my everything. You're the best thing that has happened to me. I love you. Turning a year older in a few days time and I still haven't gotten around to the perfect present.

Attention to Detail
I like this article because its teaching me about the importance of attention to detail and the image of your organisation or what it is that you do and how it reflects on that
Also teaches about how to be passionate about your work or what you hold dear to you
its what got Steve jobs to where he is today!
A story about Steve Jobs and attention to details

How awesome is that
Just when I decided to give God the glory. My first obstacle disappeared. Thank you Lord. To you be all glory and honour and power and praise and majesty. Now to take care of everything else for me!
Nothing
When I am down to nothing at all, physically, spiritually, financially, mentally I can always count on the fact that God is up to something and he will take care of me!

One of those
Having one of those days.
Not sure of how I feel about everything around me and having problem getting work done.
Need inspiration and need to get projects completed
Something eating at the back of my head but not yet able to put a finger on what it is
Day started well
Got a Carride to Nadi
Arrived an hour early
Had plenty time to get my presentation working
Meeting went well, so whats eating?

Verse of the week
John 16:13,
“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.”

Excel sheet recap
So it turns out management had no clue of the excel sheet I was working on and one meeting with my boss cleared everything. Now I don't have to change any code on the page. Just the buttons and macros on the excel sheet. After all these months of sleepless nights to find out a mis-communication. I have a thousand things to say but just glad that I don't have to worry about this anymore. Now to work on those buttons.
Edge of Glory
Stupid song stuck in my head for the whole day and I am not even a Lady gaga fan...karaik. What is the edge of glory? Said she was inspired to write this song when her grandfather died. If only her grandfather were alive to see the way she is dressed in this tribute to him. He must be turning in his grave.

Offense
Few things i have been learning about offense these past 3weeks
If someone offends you go and talk to that person right away. If that doesn't work go and take a few other people and talk to that person so that it is established in the mouth of few witnesses. If that doesn't work, take it to the church.
Another thing I learnt about Offense.
The Answer to offense is patience
The bait of satan
When being offended with God, no room for growth

Interesting start to the week
New Boss started today.
Pommy from NZ with background of online management.
Would be interesting to hear his thoughts on things. Also be exciting to work with. So thankful to finally have found somebody who understand what I am same rather then having tings flying of the top of my listener's head and has been happening these past few months. Looking forward...
On the development front. After struggling to find authentication of web services via soap header I have settled for WCF. Hopefully this solves my problem and I have an xml interface running before the end of the week. The example I am using codes in LINQ so will be killing two birds with one stone by learning WCF and LINQ at the same time.
Fingers cross it works.
Hubby and son will be going to suva this week on Wednesday, not looking to spending the rest of the week without them. But its about time too, have been telling him for how long now that he should go visit his family
Looks like its going to be a very long week and busy. Looking forward to it!

Bedridden Woman dying of cancer
Met a guy yesterday whose wife had been bedridden for 25years to find out she is dying of womb cancer. Can't seem to shake it off. Imagine being bedridden for 25years. And then to now to breathing your last breath to cancer. He is retired from Air Pacific. Said he took early retirement to take care of his wife. He said to me in the 28years he has been with Air Pacific, he doesn't even have a passport and he hasn't travelled overseas because whats the point of him going if his wife can't go. And imagine he is not even christian. Gave me a real life meaning of in sickness and in health in good time and in bad for better or for worse till death do us part!
A do unto others Lesson
Gave the little boy down the road a ride to school on my way to the busstand yesterday morning. Stepped out of the office and a car stopped, the driver was heading to Lautoka offered me a ride.

IIS Problem Solved
Solution found of .net forum pasted below for me to remember:
Re: "Failed to access IIS metabase." with ASP.NET 2.0
2 minutes ago
joerattz
Ok, I have a solution that worked for me courtesy of Microsoft support. The problem had to do with the ASPNET user, and its permissions, and apparently some bug in the ASP.NET install. I had tried all the things in these threads:http://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=116989&SiteID=1
http://blog.devstone.com/Aaron/archive/2006/05/08/1586.aspxBut none of them worked for me. Here is what worked for my box:We followed below steps to resolve the issue -1. Unregistered all the versions of ASP.NET with command "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis –ua".2. Deleted the ASPNET account from "Local Users and Group – Users".3. Then registered ASP.NET 2.0 with IIS using "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis –i".4. Gave permissions to the ASPNET account using "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v2.0.50727\aspnet_regiis –ga machinename\ASPNET".5. Reset the IIS and that resolved the issue for ASP.NET 2.0.6. We registered ASP.NET 1.1 with IIS as well using command "C:\WINDOWS\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v1.1.4322\aspnet_regiis –i".7. Reset the IIS.
After following the above steps we configured virtual directory versions as required and test both ASP.NET 1.1 and ASP.NET 2.0 application.Everything worked fine as expected.
CAUSE:====================This problem occurs because the process model user account (in our case, ASPNET) does not have the correct user rights for the required system files and folders to run the ASP.NET worker process. It's a little unclear to me exactly which part of this really resolved the problem because I had already done lots of these steps already without the problem being solved.. The problem was not resolved until we granted access to machine\ASPNET:aspnet_regiis –ga [machinename]\ASPNETBut, I believe I had already tried that before and it didn't fix the problem, but I couldn't swear that I did.I mention the machine name specifically because I had tried to grant access to ASPNET (no machine name) and while this didn't generate an error message, it also didn't work. And that's odd because if I try to grant access to a made up account name, it does give an error message. So somehow, granting access to ASPNET doesn't generate an error that it is a non-existant account, but it fails to grant access to the machinename\ASPNET account. Odd. Even odder is the number of people in those two referenced threads that granting access to ASPNET without specifying the machine name worked for. It apparently works some times without the machine name, but it didn't for me.I bring this up because it may have been necessary that we deleted the ASPNET user and allowed the ASP.NET install to re-create it. If I were trying to resolve this problem now, I would try to grant access and specify the machine name before I uninstalled everything just to see if that fixes the problem. There apparently is a problem where if the ASPNET user already exists when ASP.NET 2.0 is installed, under some (unknown) circumstances, the ASPNET user doesn't get its permissions updated properly. Obvioulsy this doesn't happen the majority of the time. There are 3 other .NET developers here all running similar systems (same hardware, same versions of software, and it didn't happen to them. Just my luck!

Code to send mail
Got my code working. So excited. Thank you Lord. All because of you.
Using a gridview to select data and on the gridview selected index change activating the send email code. Problem was in the smtp settings. Settings I was given was for incoming not outgoing. Thought I would change the settings and give it a shot and wohoo it worked. Awesome Lord. To you be all glory and honour and praise.
Now to look into sorting the gridview. Don't want the support team to be pressing next next all the time to get to the last few items
So excited. What to do next.....

What a Start to the week
Week didn't start too good with early morning drama but thankful to God that if this will bring him glorify then he be glorified in our situation. Confirmed the dream that I had last week. Good thing I had told Jitoko about the dream. Now to continue with our praying and fasting that: We have a job for my husband, we have a place to stay and we get a car, whether its our car that they give back or a new car altogether so that we can commit to the church. Father to you be all glory and honour and praise. teach me to honour authority so that i may honour you Lord. I let it go, please forgive me for everything that I had contributed to this morning and teach me father to just keep quiet instead of adding fuel to fire. I let it go right now, I release and I forgive. Take care of my son and my husband who will have to go through their day in the midst of all that. I pray for a break through in that household Lord that you won't just deliver but you will set them free to worship you in spirit and in truth and that you will also draw them closer to you father. There is too much emotions in that place to call it a home. Cleanse them of all ill feelings and set them free father to be who you have called them to be even at this old age. Cover them today I pray
On a different note, can't believe Eddy asked Pst Michael to release us calling him greedy for holding on to us. Umm say what?
Glad Jitoko has committed to the Lautoka church, even heard he mentioned to the gang their that he is knows God has called him to here. Praise God.
I am mc this sunday. What does an mc do? Gotta prepare....guess its gonna be a tough week for us. Even tougher because of this mc thing. Maybe my husband might get to sing the song he wrote after all.
Thank you Lord for what you are doing in our lives. Father even though it is tough teach us to honour our elders, obey and just plain LOVE unconditionally

The Road to Perfect and Complete
hahahahahahaha totally relevant to what I have absorbing these last few days...spot On!
I want us to focus our attention on James 1:2-4,
by Bayles Connelly
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
What I want to look at is how God seeks to bring us to maturity by building patience into our lives. If there is one thing I have learned in my Christian walk, it is that God is not in as much of a hurry as I am!
Now, what is patience? Patience is the long-lasting quality of your faith. If you let go of your patience, your faith falls to the floor.
The end result God is looking for is that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing. The word perfect here means mature. God is developing maturity in us by working on our patience.
I have a dear friend who has a great church. They endeavored to build another building on their property and it ended up being a major undertaking. In fact, it turned out to be the most difficult thing he had ever done. I mean, it took a strip out of his hide.
Eventually it got built, but you know what my friend says about it? He says, "You see that building? I didn’t build that building. It built me."
Going through those trials, facing those difficulties, having his faith tested, having to trust God when it seemed like there was a lack of finances, having to hold onto God's Word when he was a laughing stock with some people, all of that built character in him as he stood the test.
I have a question for you: Has anything been building you lately? If so, rejoice, because God is working maturity in you!
Presidential Campaign Scandals
First we had the Donald Trump and Obama faceoff
When Obama clarified his birth certificate details Donald Trump quietly steps out of the campaign claiming he was not ready to be president yet but he will come again soon only because he didn't want his taxes looked into
Then we had that campaigner whose wife is Sec States personal aid scandal for sexting random women scandal. Now we have $1million donations coming in from companies that setup and then dissolve right after making their donations. Three separate incidences to the same campaigner. WOW....
Theres also the obama republican ongoing drama and how Obama is going to deal with the unemployment issues and his health care reforms with current resoultions to increase debt levels.
Never has an election campaign been as interesting as this current one.

Billy Graham's Prayer - Powerful
Heavenly Father, we come before you today to ask your forgiveness and to seek your direction and guidance. We know Your Word says, 'Woe to those who call evil good,' but that is exactly what we have done. We have lost our spiritual equilibrium and reversed our values. We have exploited the poor and called it the lottery. We have rewarded laziness and called it welfare. We have killed our unborn and called it choice. We have shot abortionists and called it justifiable. We have neglected to discipline our children and called it building self esteem. We haveabused power and called it politics. We have coveted our neighbor's possessions and called it ambition. We have polluted the air with profanity and pornography and called it freedom of expression. We have ridiculed the time-honored values of our forefathers and called it enlightenment. Search us, Oh God, and know our hearts today; cleanse us from every sin and Set us free. Amen!

Received this in my mail today
Just what I needed to hear ....
Today, I want to go to the story of Elijah in 1 Kings 19. In verses 5-6 we read,
Then as he lay and slept under a broom tree, suddenly an angel touched him, and said to him, “Arise and eat.” Then he looked, and there by his head was a cake baked on coals, and a jar of water. So he ate and drank, and lay down again.
Notice that in the midst of his crisis, Elijah rested and ate. He took care of his body.
Some of the crises you experience come because you are sleep deprived and you don’t eat right. And you know what? Your body, your soul, and your spirit are all tied together. What you do to one affects the other two. It affects the whole.
We are intricately woven together. And the wisest thing you can do when you get into a crisis is just give your body a rest, because it affects every other part of your life.
When you are exhausted and physically weak, it is easy for everything to be blown out of proportion. When you are tired, it can look like your whole world is falling apart when it really is not. It is like Mark Twain said, “I am an old man and have known a great many troubles, but most of them never happened.”
You and I do need to rest. If you are in the midst of a storm today, make sure not to neglect the rest you need.
