Bloody computer crashed this morning and right about the time when I had figured out how to do an insert method in my webservice

Luckily the technical boys knew how to extract my folders, just need the xml code for the project all the rest can just go to hell....ok well so far so good! Service pack 3 loaded successfully, visual studio now to load the SQL server. sigh......
